How to Cancel Subscription of Tenorshare Products

To cancel your subscription quickly, you can always contact Tenorshare support team. We'll respond within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours during holidays.

The steps are different on different platforms. Please select the payment platform that you placed your order, and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

1. How to Cancel Subscription for Most Tenorshare Orders

Subscriptions for most orders can currently only be canceled by contacting customer service.

If your order format is T1231231231231231231 or the invoice you received is similar to the one below, please contact Tenorshare support team directly to cancel your subscription when you need to.

2. How to Cancel Subscription for Tenorshare Order on Google Play

If your order format is GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345, please contact Tenorshare support team to cancel your subscription. You can also cancel the subscription manually by following the steps below.

  • On your device, go to Subscriptions in Google Play.
  • For the subscription you want to cancel, select Manage.
  • Select Cancel subscription.
  • Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
  • Select Continue.
Tips:

1) When you uninstall an app, your subscription won’t cancel.

2) If you cancel a subscription, any payments you've already made won't be refunded. Cancellations can't be undone, but you can always re-subscribe.

3. How to Cancel Subscription for Tenorshare Order on Apple Store

If your order was placed from the Apple Store, you can currently only cancel it there yourself. Here are the steps for your reference:

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name.
  • Tap Subscriptions.

  • Find the product you need to unsubscribe.

  • Tab Cancel Subscription and confirm. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

4. How to Cancel Subscription for Tenorshare Order on MyCommerce

If you placed an order with MyCommerce, an authorized reseller of Tenorshare, you can always contact Tenorshare support team to cancel subscription. You can also cancel subscription by submitting MyCommerce Shopper Support Form to them. Or you can choose to cancel the subscription manually with the steps below:

Log in Mycommerce Account

  • Log in to your MyCommerce account using the email address you used when placing the orders.
  • Click MyCommerce website.

  • Log in using the email address you used to place your order and password. If you don't know the password, you will need to click the [Request Login/Password] first. If you have placed multiple orders using the same email address, please make sure you enter the correct user ID provided in the shipping email (e.g. ***@gmail.com-96).

  • Find the order number you need to unsubscribe.

  • Click the Cancel subscription button in this order.

  • Click Yes to confirm cancellation.

Reset MyCommerce Password

  • Requesting Your Login Information and then enter your email address and verification characters.

  • If there are multiple orders or products that need to be cancelled, select Information regarding all user accounts.

  • Then you will receive emails containing your account details, including password reset link and the user ID for each account. Please copy the entire reset link into your browser.

If you are unable to cancel successfully on MyCommerce website, please contact Tenorshare support team to cancel your subscription. We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours during holidays.

5. What Should You Do If Your Order Has Been Renewed Automatically?

Due to system restrictions, the charged subscription fee is non-refundable. Before checkout in the shopping cart, you will see the subscription plan is “Renewal: Automatic”. And before the order is renewed, the payment platform will send a notification email beforehand, so you still have a chance to cancel your subscription.

We are not sure whether you ignored this kind of email or it has been tagged as SPAM. For these real reasons, it is not refundable once the order is renewed.
