How to Register Tenorshare Product(s)?

Upon purchasing a Tenorshare product, you will receive an email containing your order and account details. (If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder.) This guide provides instructions on locating the Register option within the Tenorshare product. For further assistance, feel free to contact support team.

Reminder: If you receive a message stating that the account already exists, it means you already have a Tenorshare ID. You can log in using your existing password. If you've forgotten your password, please click "Forgot Password" to reset it. Resetting your password will synchronize it across other Tenorshare products that use the same login credentials, such as the iAnyGo iOS app.

Part 1: New User Account Registration and Login

Your Tenorshare ID is the email address you use to access Tenorshare products. It serves as your login for all Tenorshare products.

  • If you are using a Tenorshare product for the first time, you need to create an account. Click on the Avatar icon located at the upper right corner of the program interface.

  • Select "Create an account".

  • Enter your email, and click "Send Verification Code". Set a password, remember it, and click "Register". You are all set for your Tenorshare journey! (This account and password are applicable to all Tenorshare products except 4DDiG.)

Part 2: Password Reset

If you have previously registered a Tenorshare ID but cannot remember your password, you can reset it using your email. Note that resetting your password will reset the password for all Tenorshare products using the same login.

Notes: The new password must be 8 to 100 characters long and include at least two of the following: numbers, letters, and English special characters: @$! %*#_~? &^

  • Click on the account icon in the top-right menu bar of the software. Enter your email and click "Next step" in the popup window.

  • Click "Forgot your password?"

  • Enter your email address and click "Send". You'll receive a verification code in your email. Enter the code in the designated field and set your new password simultaneously. (Notes: If you do not receive the verification code, please check your spam folder.) Click "Reset Password" once everything is set. After successful reset, you can log in using your new password.

Part 3: How do Registration Code Users Log in?

If you are a registration code user (e.g., paid users of iAnyGo V4.2.0 and earlier versions), rest assured that your existing benefits remain unchanged. You just need to follow the steps in part 2 to reset password and log in again, after logging in you will see the corresponding entitlement information. Please note that the registration code cannot be used as a password.

Part 4: If You Used a Virtual Email Address During Purchase

If you used a virtual email address that cannot receive verification codes, please contact customer support to transfer your benefits.
